This is a bit reflective as it has resin on it now. May be hard to see, it's not easy to photograph anymore. Reworked some oils over top the resin. For Lindsey Parker

Venturing into sound. This is just a test with a new recorder that I already have a project in mind for.
This clip is just me reading the first few pages in the Prologue for 'Girl With the Dragon Tattoo'. Forgive the wind and other noises as I was at the beach recording this.
I'll be mailing this recorder to my mom in Ohio. I plan on having her record herself reading entire books aloud.

Like most children my mom read to me when I was little. Unlike most though my mom read to me till I was quite a bit older than the norm. Through the recording I plan on sharing this experience with others. Sharing my childhood and reliving it too. Relational. Right now I think of a book hung on a wall with a media player located underneath with some headphones.
Any input on this is welcome. I'm still thinking a lot about this.
The last written entry on here was a bit extreme.

This is a 2 parter. Both pieces relate. First one is marker on canvas print of Disney World.
2nd is charcoal and marker.

This will be the first part of a series I'm currently making to potentially work as one large piece. They'll fit together thematically, not so much visually.
