"Say Farewell" Curated Show From May

I curated a show back in May at the student run gallery, Montserrat's Bear Gallery.
I invited surrounding schools in the area and got some great responses from faculty and teachers from those schools. Our biggest supporter ended up being Endicott College, a school whom apparently is lacking any form of gallery to show their students work. So it was to my surprise when I actually met them and their parents because it was such a big deal to them. It felt great to do that for them though.
We did also get submissions from BU and Art Academy of San Fransisco University (I think I am getting that right?).
Here are some photos from the show though:

Non-work post update

Things have been slowed a bit in the past couple of weeks unfortunately I must say
After taking a weekend to go to NY and CT I caught a flu virus from walking around Brooklyn and Manhattan late at night, crossing both the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges (Brooklyn is much nicer)
The flu has finally passed as of the middle of this past week, and upon returning to work I hurt my back carrying large water heaters out of a disgusting gallery basement. Even still it isn't completely recovered.
I got back to work recently though and completed that unfinished piece seen below, and I started a new painting and am currently brainstorming a new large drawing
I will be entering a show entitled "Equanox" at the Copley Society of Art in downtown Boston (Newbury Street) soon. Due Date is August 20th for three submissions.
Eventually I plan on posting pictures from my curated show held this past spring "Say Farewell"
